If you are unhappy with your purchase of our products simply email us the issue you have and return the product undamaged in a reusable, clean condition within 14 days from the initial payment and after receiving and inspection for damage we will fully refund the cost of the product [excluding shipping, taxes etc.]within 7 days of it being received by us.
