Our systems are NOT just heavy duty factory replacement mounts , designed to reduce vibration only, they have been specifically designed so that you get so many more positions to test for even better results and.. with our jackplate option, adjusting height is even quicker and easier, otherwise you cant be bothered right? 

Have a good look at your factory mount. its a $5 - $10 part made in mass production. Have a look at its adjustability, not much. 

Its been designed for "perfect conditions", where the transducer skims the water. 

Most of us fish in Australia, fish a choppy sea and sometimes- in rough conditions where the transducer regularly lifts out of the water from speed and wave action and thats where you lose the sonar image.

Our products are designed to get around this issue.

You still may have to put in a little effort to try to find that sweet spot. For some boats, its just how it is.
