Predator Heavy Duty Mount (Lowrance 3-1 )

Losing sounder image at speed? Your factory mount is the problem.

If your Lowrance 3-1 transducer cuts out underway—even at low speed—it's reading aerated water. The factory mount doesn't have enough adjustment range to get you into clean water.

The TIG Predator mount replaces it with 50mm of height adjustment, deep drop capacity, and fore/aft positioning so you can test until you find clean water and hold signal at speed.

What this mount does

50mm height adjustment slots
Factory mount gives you ~15mm. This gives you 50mm. More range means more positions to test, especially critical on deep-V and pressed aluminium hulls where the transom angle and strake turbulence force you to go deeper than the manufacturer's setup guide accounts for.

Deep drop capacity
When your boat lifts at speed, your transducer lifts with it—straight into the aerated layer caused by the hull slicing through water. Deep drop gets the transducer below that turbulent layer into fast, clean water where it can hold signal.

Fore/aft slot positioning
The cleanest water is right against the transom. This slot lets you position the transducer hard against the hull. In some setups, you can tuck it slightly under the hull by reversing the transducer orientation and flipping the display setting.

Easy-adjust angle hinge
Quick angle changes so you can level the transducer for accurate bottom reading and proper fish arch display. No fighting with fixed-angle brackets.

Heavy-duty steel construction
Thicker gauge than the factory mount. No vibration, no flexing, no risk of tearing or bending under load or at speed.

Add-on compatibility

Because deep drop positions can create spray, the Predator is designed to accept our Spray Guard Support Tabs (sold separately) for mounting a deflection plate.

Pair it with the TI Jackplate (sold separately) for tool-free height adjustment and quick stowing when beach launching, resting on sand bars, or trailering.

Compatibility requirements

This mount fits:

• Lowrance 3-1 transducers with the cable exiting from the front or rear of the housing
• Lowrance 3D transducers with top-exit cable (requires tab section removal for cable clearance—we can do this before shipping if you notify us at checkout)

Does not fit: Other Lowrance transducer models or cable configurations
