Compatibility: The Ti Slide Horizontal Rail suits Airmar/Furuno 1KW transducers, the TM2 mount, and the TI Slider, along with other transducers. For other transducers, a custom rear fixing bracket to suit the ¼” (6mm) bolts may be needed. Contact us for more information regarding custom needs. Photos show the original 1Kw transducer and the TM2 mount with the smaller TI 300 rail.
we also have a 320mm slide rail, just enquire if the 400mm is too long
Effortless Sideway Adjustment: The slide rail allows you to move your transducer sideways to find the cleanest water for optimal reading. Simply loosen the 6mm (1/4”) nuts, move to the desired position, and retighten the nuts. This feature eliminates the need to redrill and reseal new holes each time you test a new position.
Dimensions and Customisation
- Height: 130mm
- Length: Approximately 400mm long or approx. 15" long [as photo], from corner to corner providing approximately 230mm (8”) of sideways travel. photos display the original design of the square corners, for illustration purposes only ,whereas the the new design has the angled corners to increase side travel.
- larger holes at Slot ends make Bolt transfer easy to change bolt configuration to suit mounting.
Durable Construction: Made from 4mm 316 stainless steel, HDPE, and 304 grade stainless bolts with 316 nylon nuts and washers for exceptional durability. finished to 600 grit for a slight polished sheen.
Additional Hardware: Hardware, including fibreglass screws or bolts for aluminium boats is included with your purchase. If you are using the original factory mount and currently use plastic wedges, let us know, and we will provide extra-long bolts.
Fastener kit option: please select a fastener kit. If you select fibreglass boat you will get 5x 304 grade stainless 12 guage x 35mm countersunk head self taping screws. If you select aluminium boat, you will get 5 x stainless 12 guage x25 countersunk bolts with washers and nylon inserted nuts.
Installation: Place rail centrally to desired position and choose desired fixing hole configuration. initially 2 -4 screws may only be needed to fix rail to transom [plenty of fixing holes are available] . Drill holes in plastic backing and mark holes onto transom area. Predrill holes in transom for fixing countersunk screws or bolts.[ensure adequate holes are drilled for screws in fibreglass boats or screws will snap when screwing in tightly. stainless steel screws tend to get too hot and twist and break if driven in with too much torque. use silicon to seal holes. Once desired position is found then more fixing screws can be added[if needed] in the area surrounding the transom.
