Product Description

This Ti Slide Horizontal Rail is designed for starboard-side mounting of Airmar/Furuno 1KW transducers, the TM2 mount, and the Ti Slider, along with other transducers. Please note, the port-side version of the 400mm length can be available for an additional cost of $45 but is made to order , with an extended lead time. The 320mm is available in both port and starboard sides..Contact if you need more details.

The Ti Slide Rail offers effortless sideways adjustment, allowing you to position your transducer in the cleanest water for optimal sonar readings. This eliminates the need for drilling new holes each time you test a different position. For non-standard transducers, a custom rear fixing bracket may be required. Contact us for customisation details.

Why Choose TIG Integrity:

Effortless adjustment: Slide your transducer sideways with ease by loosening the 6mm (1/4”) nuts, adjusting to the desired position, and retightening. No need to redrill holes each time.

Versatile compatibility: Works with Airmar/Furuno 1KW transducers, TM2 mounts, and Ti Slider. Custom rear fixing brackets are available for other transducers.

Durable construction: Made from 4mm 316 stainless steel, HDPE, and 304-grade stainless bolts with 316 nylon nuts and washers for exceptional durability. Finished to 600 grit for a slight polished sheen.

Increased side travel: The new design has angled corners for increased sideways travel, providing approximately 230mm (8”) of movement.

Customisation options: Choose between a 400mm rail (standard) or a 320mm rail for smaller setups. Both rails are 130mm high and have a 40mm slope angle Contact us to confirm which is best for your needs.please check with a parallelogram card template to see if it will fit on your transom before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which brands and models are this product compatible with?

Compatible with Airmar/Furuno 1KW Transducers & TM2 Mount.

Is hardware included?

Hardware is included for both fibreglass and aluminium boats. If you’re using the original factory mount with plastic wedges, let us know, and we’ll provide extra-long bolts.

Fibreglass boat: 5x 304-grade stainless 12-gauge x 35mm countersunk head self-tapping screws

How do I install the Ti Slide Horizontal Rail?

  • Position the rail centrally and select your fixing hole configuration. You may only need 2–4 screws initially to fix the rail to the transom.
  • Drill holes in the plastic backing and mark onto the transom area. Predrill the holes in the transom for the countersunk screws or bolts.
  • For fibreglass boats, ensure adequate holes are drilled to prevent snapping the screws. Stainless steel screws can get hot and break if driven in with too much torque, so be sure to use silicon to seal the holes.
  • Once the desired position is found, more screws can be added if necessary for additional stability.

How much do your custom products cost?

The cost depends on your specific needs. If you tell us about your situation, we can recommend the right product. For example, what issues are you currently experiencing? What material is your boat made from? Do you have a transducer installed? Have you tried anything to improve your sonar readings? Do you launch your boat on the beach or need to stow the transducer? Please contact us for a quote.
